SpendSense ("we", "our", or "us") is developed by Bini Holdings LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use SpendSense on your iOS device.
SpendSense is designed with privacy first. All financial data you enter is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal financial information on our servers.
We may collect the following non-personal data:
SpendSense's AI Assistant processes your transaction data locally on your device to generate insights. No financial data is sent to external AI services. AI features use on-device Apple Intelligence capabilities.
SpendSense offers optional premium subscriptions managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store payment information. All billing is handled by Apple.

Since your financial data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. Crash and analytics data retained by Firebase follows Google's standard retention policies.
SpendSense is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by updating the date at the top of this page.

By downloading or using SpendSense, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
SpendSense is a personal budgeting and expense tracking tool. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of data you enter.
SpendSense offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features:
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store account settings.
All content, design, and code in SpendSense is owned by Bini Holdings LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written consent.
SpendSense is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The app is not a substitute for professional financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bini Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SpendSense.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
